If the office is closed and you need to run an emergency call you will need to create a misc. customer ticket. Attached is the user guide to create an off-line ticket. When a misc. ticket is created it cannot assign a ticket number until it is replicated back to the office. Once the ticket hits the server it will assign the next sequential ticket number.
